All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date of your receiving the goods.
Refunds will be made within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) from receipt of the goods.
Should you change your mind about an item purchased and simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund or to exchange it for another product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any costs involved in returning the item to us will be borne by you as well as the courier costs we may have incurred sending the goods to you.
If the product is defective or received damaged, we will cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. We can email you a prepaid shipping waybill to download, print and place on the parcel prior to collection by our appointed courier carrier.

Please ensure the goods are carefully packaged to prevent damage enroute. Clearly mark the package as "Fragile - handle with care" should the contents of the package be of a fragile nature. Please note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the package is returned to us in good order. You should also ensure your return address is clearly marked on the parcel. Should you be using your own courier service to return goods to us, you are responsible for ensuring the goods are insured and received by us in good order.
Products that are eligible for a returnless refund. In cases where evidence is provided that the product is damaged in transit or is of little value in returning the product, ProSafetyNZ may require that the product not be returned and will then process the refund or replace the product.
Important information. Under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), your consumer rights are expressed as a series of guarantees that a seller automatically makes to you when you buy any goods or services for personal use. Retailers and other suppliers guarantee their goods will:
- Be of acceptable quality.
- Be fit for a particular purpose that you asked about.
- Match the description given in advertisements or sales brochures, or by the sales assistant.
- Match the sample or demonstration model.
- Be owned by the consumer, once purchased.
